manage events after launch editing, duplication, cancellations, and co‑hosting editing events after publication you can edit any event until it concludes navigate to dashboard → events select the event → edit modify details (title, time, price, description) save changes edit type notification sent to attendees title / description no time / date ✅ yes location ✅ yes price or tickets no (retroactive tickets unaffected) ⚠️ date or location changes trigger automatic emails to registered attendees duplicating events reuse a previous setup for new dates open dashboard → events click ⋯ more → duplicate adjust date / time / pricing save as new event 💡 duplicated events retain media and ticket settings but not past attendee data canceling or rescheduling events go to event details → cancel event choose refund type (full / partial) confirm rescheduling edit the date instead of canceling to retain attendees attendees receive a “new date” email notification 💬 always communicate updates through “message attendees” after major changes refund processing refunds are initiated instantly via stripe funds appear on the member’s card within 3–5 business days partial refunds can be issued from payments → transactions stripe fees are non‑refundable per stripe’s policy; the refunded amount equals the ticket value minus processing fees 🧾 co‑hosting events collaborate with another community or instructor in event → co‑hosts , click add co‑host enter their email or community name send invite co‑hosts can view attendees and check‑ins edit event details (if granted permission) appear on the public event page 🤝 co‑hosting is ideal for cross‑promotion or multi‑instructor collaborations ⚠️cohosts have full ability to edit event details, access to attendee information for that particular cohosted event, along with having the cohosted event appear on both profiles + in their email/sms tab as part of their audience becoming a co host our new and improved co hosting flow makes it easier to invite another community to help manage an experience inviting a co host open the sweatpals web app and go to the experiences tab select the experience you’d like to update and click edit go to the co host section search for the community you’d like to invite as a co host select the community and save the co host section save the experience to send the invitation the invited co host will need to accept the invitation before they are added to the experience accepting or declining a co host invitation open the sweatpals web app and go to the experiences tab a co host invitation banner will appear at the top of the page the invitation will show the experience name, date, and the community sending the invitation select accept or decline if you accept the invitation, the experience will appear under upcoming experiences , and you’ll be able to access and manage it as a co host if you decline the invitation, you will not be added to the experience if the invitation is declined by mistake, the original host can resend it at any time please note co host invitations must be accepted before the invited community can access or manage the experience 💣 currently, each experience can have a maximum of two hosts event bundles & series use recurring events for identical weekly sessions use class packs https //help sweatpals com/34 create a class pack to offer multi‑event access
