help keep sweatpals safe and positive for everyone overview sweatpals is built on respect and inclusion if you encounter inappropriate messages, unsafe behavior, or misleading content, you can report it directly from the app 🚨 reports are reviewed confidentially by the sweatpals safety team within 48 hours reporting a message or post tap and hold the message or post select report choose a reason (e g , harassment, spam, misinformation) add details if needed and submit 💬 reports are anonymous — the person you report won’t be notified what happens next type of report possible action minor violation content warning or temporary mute repeated offense account suspension or removal severe safety issue escalated to platform safety review and law enforcement if required ⚖️ sweatpals applies the same standards to hosts and members — everyone is expected to follow community guidelines blocking users blocking users prevents them from reaching out to you directly and seeing your posts blocking a user with your community profile will have the same results, as well as preventing them from finding your public events select a user from a chat room or from dms tap on the 3 dots next to their profile block their profile (this can be undone at any moment) staying safe in chats don’t share personal financial information in messages keep conversations focused on events and community topics report anyone asking for money or offering unverified services 🧠 when in doubt, use report or reach out via help → contact support
