a dashboard to understand, support, and manage every member, attendee, and customer in your community (gym, studio, club, or events) without relying on spreadsheets you can access the member management dashboard by heading to the web version of sweatpals, then clicking on members key features overview find people by name, email, or phone number track last visit/attendance review complete visit and purchase history keep records of waivers , emergency contacts and intake forms manage each member's respective membership manage payment methods associated with community members adding member notes by clicking on a member, you'll find a +note button in their member page this allows you to enter member specific information that's only visible to your team for future reference payment method management the payment methods section allows you to view and manage a member’s saved payment methods you can view saved cards and bank accounts set a preferred payment method remove an existing payment method add a new card or bank account view saved payment methods each saved payment method displays payment type last 4 digits expiration date (for cards) preferred payment method badge set preferred payment method select set preferred to choose which payment method should be used by default for future charges remove a payment method select remove to delete a saved payment method a confirmation step will appear before the payment method is removed add a payment method select add payment method to add a new card or bank account for the member when adding a payment method, you can choose between card bank add a card to add a card manually, enter name on card card number expiry date (mm/yy) cvc sensitive information is masked by default use the eye icon to toggle visibility while entering the card details before saving the card, you must confirm “i confirm \[member name] has authorized me to update their payment method and consents to charges on this card ” add a bank account to connect a bank account select bank search for the member’s bank complete the secure link authentication flow sweatpals uses link to securely connect bank accounts banking information is encrypted and can be disconnected later if needed
