Add a Promo Code

you can create promo codes, your community members can use them to activate discounts both for events and memberships you can add promo codes to both new and upcoming events pc and mobile (browser) mobile app for new events go to the admin dashboard admin dashboard navigate to the events tab select create event in the ticket options tab, scroll to the bottom and click add promo code (note you must have at least one ticket tier set up to add promo codes ) configure your promo code by specifying a promo code name (keyword) the discount type (fixed amount or percentage) the ticket tiers eligible for the code you can add multiple promo codes per event for upcoming events in the admin dashboard , locate the event you want to edit click the '⋮' icon next to the event and choose edit select whether to apply changes to this specific event or all future occurrences of the event in the ticket options tab, scroll to the bottom to the promo codes section and click edit from here, you can modify existing promo codes delete promo codes add new promo codes once your changes are complete, click save
