after creating events, you can manage them by using the admin dashboard steps to manage events go to the dashboard dashboard (you must be an administrator of the community hosting the event ) select your community logo on the left side of the screen navigate to the events tab click on the event you want to manage (you can also manage past events ) click edit to customize your event details steps to issue refunds open the attendee list for the event find the user you want to refund click on their ticket entry click on refund tickets to process the refund
