Sweatpals uses Stripe Connect, a global payment provider trusted by platforms like Shopify and Lyft. All transactions and card details are encrypted — neither hosts nor Sweatpals staff can view your payment information.

Refund and Dispute Protection

🧾 Chargebacks and refunds follow Stripe’s standard timeline (3–5 business days for processing).
⚠️ Stripe’s processing fee is non‑refundable.
