learn how sweatpals policies protect members and communities overview sweatpals policies are designed to create a safe, fair, and transparent experience for all members by attending events or joining memberships, you agree to follow the platform’s terms and community standards 💡 these guidelines help ensure every experience remains welcoming, safe, and consistent member responsibilities area your commitment respect & conduct treat hosts and other members with respect during all activities accuracy of information provide accurate contact and payment details to avoid booking issues attendance arrive on time or cancel early if you can’t attend safety follow instructor guidance and any venue rules 🧭 sweatpals communities rely on mutual respect and accountability refund & cancellation policy refunds follow each host’s stated policy and are processed through stripe when eligible scenario action cancel ≥ 48 hours before event full refund (standard policy) cancel < 48 hours partial or no refund based on host policy event cancelled by host automatic full refund 💳 refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days to your original payment method privacy & data sweatpals only uses your data to process bookings and improve recommendations payment data is encrypted and handled by stripe only you can export or delete your data from settings → privacy 🔐 your contact information is never shared with other members community standards be respectful and inclusive in all interactions do not harass, discriminate, or use offensive language follow host and venue safety instructions at all times report inappropriate behavior via help → report a concern 🚫 violations can lead to temporary or permanent account suspension
