🗓️ 8.6 - Schedule View
While it is possible to view all your upcoming experiences in a list format via the Experiences tab, the new Schedule page provides a wider overview of all your upcoming events, classes, retreats and appointments in a calendar format, letting you easily reference what's coming next for your community.
While using the Schedule page, you can move around in 7 day increments. The time zone should use your device's settings as a base automatically. You can also filter your view by specific experience types using the Types drop down button.
Additionally, if our Appointment feature is enabled for your community, you can make use of the following options:
- Book a client: Allows you to set up an appointment booking for one of your community members.
- Providers: You can filter your view by appointments assigned to specific service providers configured in your community.
By clicking on an experience in your schedule, you can quickly reference the number of RSVPs signed up to it, copy its link, check in attendees, or jump to the experience dashboard associated with it in one click.
Experiences are also color coded for your convenience and readability:
- Events are Purple.
- Classes are Pink.
- Retreats are Yellow.
- Appointments are Green.
