easily check in and get ready for your sweatpals event overview checking in helps hosts manage attendance and gives you quick access to your booked events your qr code is your digital ticket — no need to print anything 💡 you’ll receive your check‑in qr code immediately after booking finding your qr code for desktop users head over to the web cabinet https //attendee sweatpals com/ select the "tickets" tab search for a particular ticket and click on it review and/or download your qr code for mobile users open the sweatpals app tap the "purchases" tab (top left) select your upcoming event your qr code will appear at the top of the event screen 🎟️ you can also add it to apple wallet or google pay for easy access at the door transfer tickets transfer tickets (browser) open sweatpals via browser ( attendee sweatpals com https //attendee sweatpals com ) select your ticket from the tickets tab and select manage ticket select transfer ticket enter your guest's information (name, email and phone) > confirm transfer transfer tickets (mobile) open the sweatpals app select the passes tab (bottom of the screen) select your ticket from the tickets tab and select manage ticket select transfer ticket enter your guest's information (name, email and phone) > confirm transfer accepting a transferred ticket open the email invitation sent from tickets\@sweatpals com while in the invitation email, click on claim ticket complete your personal information (name, email, phone) complete questionnaire and waiver information if eligible for confirm registration you'll receive a new email with the qr codes you can further review your tickets while in the web cabinet https //attendee sweatpals com/ upgrade a ticket open your purchase summary for the ticket in the bottom right corner , tap “upgrade my ticket” (this button appears only if higher tiers are available) you’ll be taken to a new screen showing the available upgraded tier and its benefits if there’s a price difference , you’ll see the amount due (you’ll only pay the difference) enter your payment method again to complete the charge for the difference confirm, and your ticket will be upgraded to the new tier 🎟️ the option to upgrade tickets is only available in the web version https //attendee sweatpals com/ of sweatpals currently checking in at the event show your qr code at the entry point the host will scan it to confirm your spot once scanned, you’ll see a check‑in confirmed message 📱 if you don’t have your phone, the host can check you in manually using your name or email tap to pay for walk ups some hosts allow tap to pay for on site registration open the event page on your phone tap joinnow and hold your card or device near the host’s iphone you’ll receive an instant confirmation once payment is complete ⚡ transactions are powered by stripe for secure, contactless processing
