viewing members go to dashboard โ community โ membership holders , then type the memberโs name or email address in the search bar member details each record includes contact information active plan and billing cycle attendance history payment status (active / overdue / canceled) use this page to resend receipts or update membership status membership management on top of viewing general information about your members in the community page, by accessing the membership holders tab, you'll get access to a variety of options related to their memberships they're found under the more ( ) button in the membership holders tab this includes reissue complete profile email when members are imported from another platform, it's possible for them to be missing some profile details (email address, phone number, etc) this option prompts the member to complete their profile copy direct invite link you can share a link to the waiver associated with their membership set phone number community admins can manually update the phone number associated with a member's profile in cases where the member lost access to their account send payment update email if a member would like to update the payment method associated with their membership, this will send them an email to complete the process on their end however, it's also possible for hosts to manage this information directly; more details in this process are available in our ๐๏ธ 8 1 community management docid 3he4h7x vcgbtwc9g qcn article pause/resume membership memberships can be paused and resumed, letting community members take a break from their activities and resume the rest of their billing date once they're ready pausing a membership does the following stops billing suspends access preserves pricing, discounts, and terms preserves remaining booking limits extends the membership end date by the paused duration cancel/refund membership you also have the option of canceling or refunding a membership canceling will allow the holder to make use of their benefits until the end of the billing cycle refunding will give them their money back, and you can choose between keeping it active until the end of the cycle, cancel it immediately, or pause it change billing date this is ideal for members who would like to make adjustments to their billing cycle you make adjustments to determine if this change will only apply to their current cycle, or all future cycles it's also possible to apply an additional charge for the change change booking limits if your membership has a set number of uses per renewal, you can manually adjust the remaining uses change membership price this change can be applied only to the current cycle, or future cycles as well switch membership this option allows you to move to member to a different plan, with the option of applying additional charges based on the switch discontinuing memberships there are different ways you can approach discontinuing your membership, depending on your plans for the community if you'd like to honor your members' current rate before starting a new membership, you can keep the old one private that way, members who were enrolled in it prior to the discontinuation can still take advantage of the old price, while new members will have access to the updated price when enrolling if you plan to discontinue the membership entirely, and move your members to a new rate, it's best to reach out to your community members through the chat https //app archbee com/docs/emkh1coqh r4zzgywlutn/pnkanjwd bgayijnuah4w and instruct them to enroll in your new membership, as you'll be cancelling the old one it's also a good idea to reach out to your members when cancelling a membership even if you don't plan on setting up a new one after it's discontinued, to keep everyone informed failed payments & refunds stripe automatically retries failed charges up to 3 times members receive a โpayment failedโ notification email cancellations can be issued through memberships โ search member โ cancel membership or refund order refunds can be issued in the dashboard community by selecting the membership holders tab, search by name or email your member signed up for โ clicking on the more ( ) button โ refund membership
