Overview
Your sales pipeline tracks prospective members from first contact to signed up. Set up your stages once, let automations do the follow-up, and spend your time on the leads that are ready to move.

Setting Up Sales Pipeline
Creating your stages
- Select the Settings cog to manage your stages, automated messages and more.
- Select Edit pipeline.
- Under Stages, create or edit the stages prospective members will move through.
- Select +Stage to add a new stage to the pipeline.
- To remove a stage at any point, select the X icon.
Move leads automatically with event triggers
Event triggers move a prospective member from one stage to the next on their own, so nobody falls through the cracks.
- Choose the action trigger โ for example, when someone purchases X plan.
- Choose the numerical trigger โ for example, after the first occurrence.
- Choose whether the trigger applies within a specific stage or any stage.
- Choose which stage the lead moves to when the trigger is met.
For example, you could move anyone who buys an intro offer straight into a "Trialing" stage.
Set up email & SMS campaigns
Use Email & SMS to send campaigns automatically when leads enter a stage.
- Choose which stage triggers the campaign.
- Open the channel drop-down, and choose Email or SMS.
- Select the Pencil icon to edit the message.
- Draft your message, add an optional delay, then select Save.
- Select Save and return to save your email and SMS trigger configuration.
For example, everyone who enters "Email intro offer" can get a message encouraging them to take the intro offer.
Assign follow-up tasks
Follow-up tasks remind your team to do something specific once a lead enters a stage.
- Choose when the task should be created.
- Select the team member the task is assigned to.
- Select the Pencil icon to add internal details about the task.
- Select Save to save the task and close the edit panel.
- Select Save and return to save your follow-up task settings.
Set your stale lead threshold and team
In the same settings panel you can set your Stale lead threshold โ how long before a lead turns cold โ and the Team assigned to managing leads.
Work your pipeline
- Select Back to pipeline to return to the main pipeline view.
- Hold and drag a lead's card to move them between stages.
- Use the filters to see only the leads that meet specific criteria.
- Toggle to Tasks to focus on what's still outstanding.
- Select Analytics to see performance across the whole pipeline.
Manually Adding a Lead
Someone reached out over DM or walked through the door? Add them to the pipeline yourself.
- Select +Lead.
- Add their contact details, or select someone who's already in your community.
- Add the rest of the lead's details:
- Source โ where the lead came from
- Value โ what the lead is worth (optional)
- Assignee โ the team member who owns follow-up
- Link members โ link a lead to existing members to show who referred them, or to connect family members
- Link plans or Link appointments โ if you already know what they're interested in
- Notes โ context for your team
- Choose whether the lead should receive automated communications.
- Select Add.
Embedding a Lead Generation Form
Put a lead generation form on your own site and new leads land straight in your pipeline.
- Select the Embeds tab.
- Switch Widget content to Lead generation form.
- Customize the form however you see fit, then copy the embed code onto your site.
