Overview
Sweatpals operates on clear and transparent policies to keep hosts, members, and partners protected. By creating and managing experiences on Sweatpals, you agree to follow these platform standards.
Terms of Service (Summary)

Account Removal | Sweatpals may suspend or remove accounts that violate terms, pose safety risks, or engage in fraud. |
Privacy & Data Policy
Sweatpals collects limited personal data necessary for payments and communication. Member data is protected through encrypted storage and never shared with external marketers.

Refund Policies
Refunds are processed through Stripe and follow these rules:
- Refunds must be requested before the event or membership start date.
- Full refunds apply to cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Partial refunds may be issued for late cancellations, at host discretion.
- Stripe processing fees are non‑refundable.
- Refunds appear on the customer’s card within 3–5 business days.
Content Guidelines
To maintain a positive environment, all content must meet Sweatpals standards:
- No explicit, discriminatory, or illegal content.
- Event photos must accurately represent the experience.
- Host descriptions should be truthful and professional.
- Promotional content must adhere to ad and brand guidelines.
- Experiences hosted on Sweatpals must not redirect to other ticketing platforms.
