the event link will remain active waitlist management when you enable the waitlist option on your classes, attendees who try joining your event when it's full will be added to a separate tab in your event's dashboard when a spot opens up, you can reach out to the attendees in the waitlist to let them know that there's now a free spot (to find how to send an email or sms campaign to members on your waitlist, refer to this article https //help sweatpals com/71 email and sms campaigns ) adding sponsors to your events you can showcase sponsor brands on any event you host on sweatpals sponsors appear on the event page so attendees can see who is supporting the experience fill in the basic event details (title, date & time, location, tickets, etc ) scroll down to the additional settings section of the event form tap +sponsors for each sponsor, add sponsor name (required) logo/image (optional but recommended) website or social link (optional) sponsor level (mark sponsor as main) tap save add more sponsors by repeating step 1 5 once youโre done setting up the event (tickets, waivers, questionnaire, etc ), tap publish (or save draft if youโre not ready to publish) sponsors will now appear on the event page inside the app and on the shareable event link adding an instructor hosts can now add or assign an instructor directly while creating or editing an event there is no need to configure the instructor separately in team management first open the experiences tab create a new event or class, or edit an existing one scroll down to the additional settings section of the event form click + instructor select an existing instructor click save if the instructor is not already part of your team click + add select manual or from members if you select manual , invite the instructor by email or phone, then choose their role and service type if you select from members , choose the role and service type, then search for a pal or community member send the invitation click save or publish existing owners and leaders may also be assigned as service providers adding an instructor is optional you can save or publish the event without assigning one add ons if you'd like to offer additional items during your event (e g water bottles, merchandise, etc) or extra services, you can include them as add ons while editing your event while creating or editing your event, select the +add ons toggle click on create new this will start the add on creation process choose between product or service product is ideal for consumables or merchandise offered on site during the event service is best for optional experiences offered on top of your main event for services , you have the option of selecting a specific service provider, if you have one added to your team enter the name and price for your item you may also set a specific quantity, if you have limited inventory available for services , you also have the option to set a specific duration save your changes now, when someone selects a ticket tier for your experience, any applicable add ons will appear as an option for them before their checkout is complete items added in the add ons menu can be reused on future experiences additionally, you can edit or remove previously added items via the point of sale page https //help sweatpals com/65 point of sale pos on desktop sales for add ons can be viewed in your transactions page corporate bookings sweatpals makes it easy to manage corporate wellness programs, team building sessions, and group bookings with built in invoicing and waiver collection create an unlisted event โ this keeps your corporate session private from public view while remaining accessible via direct link choose your pricing structure option a lump sum โ create a single ticket type for the total corporate rate example "corporate wellness package $500" (covers 20 employees) option b per person pricing โ set individual pricing with bulk purchase capability example "team building session $25/person" (purchaser buys for entire group) managing attendees (per person option) the corporate purchaser can buy tickets on behalf of all participants transfer tickets to individual employees to ensure each person signs their own waiver everyone completes required health/safety questions attendance tracking is accurate send the unlisted event link to the purchaser โ they will be able to complete the transaction from there and obtain their receipt publishing checklist โ
