set up free, paid, and donation tickets โ including tiers and discounts ticket overview sweatpals supports multiple ticket types within a single event ticket type description free attendees register without payment paid fixed price tickets processed through stripe donation attendees choose their own amount you can offer multiple ticket tiers โ for example, early bird , general admission , and vip โ each with its own quantity, price, and availability window adding ticket tiers during event creation, open the tickets tab click add ticket type enter the ticket name , price , and quantity available (optional) add a start date / end date for time limited tiers save your configuration ๐ก early bird and promotional tiers automatically close once their end date passes group & family tickets enable group ticketing to allow multi person checkouts set the group size (e g , โ4 people for $100โ) decide if the ticket counts as a single booking or individual slots ensure event capacity reflects total attendees (group size ร tickets sold) ๐ช group ticketing works best for family or partner workouts payment methods & fees all transactions are processed through stripe connect supported payment methods include credit / debit cards apple pay & google pay klarna (installment plans, optional) ๐ hosts can adjust how these fees are split with attendees under community โ settings โ pricing currency & refund notes currency defaults to your stripe accountโs setting refunds are automatically processed for event cancellations partial refunds can be issued manually under payments โ transactions example configuration tier price availability quantity early bird $15 until apr 15 20 general admission $20 after apr 15 50 vip access $35 always on 10 ๐ก use fewer tiers to keep checkout simple for attendees limited time offers limited time offer (scheduled ticket pricing) lets hosts automate time based ticket price changes you can create tiers like early bird, standard, and last call, each with its own price and start/end time attendees see badges, crossed โfullโ prices, and countdown timers that create urgency and drive earlier purchases when a tier expires, the next one activates automatically if no tier applies, the ticket reverts to its default price works on web and mobile checkout steps for hosts open your event and go to pricing & capacity click more settings for the ticket you want to configure check limited time offer add a tier set start/end date and time , price , and label (for example, early bird) (optional) add more tiers for later phases click save and publish the event the system will switch prices automatically at the scheduled times using the eventโs time zone
