๐งช3.4 Create a Class Pack
Overview
This feature allows you to create packs with limited uses. Pals can acquire these packs and redeem their uses on any event of their choice.
Creating a Pack
- Select the Plans tab
- Click the +Create button & select Classpack
- Enter in pack details
- Select Booking Pools
- Toggle on/off the experience types relevant (Events, Classes, Retreats)
- Choose the limits:
- Unlimited: Default option, great for plans that don't set a usage limit.
- Limited: Switch to limited when you want to set the number of bookings that this plan applies to (e.g. 5 classes).
- Within the Pricing & Billing section, keep One-time payment toggled on
- Set your Billing price
- Toggle on additional settings as you wish, including:
- Validity period: Choose between Never Expires, Purchase-Based Expiry, First Use-Based Expiry, or Specific Duration.
- Limit to one purchase per member: Only allows one purchase of this pack per member.
- Sharable plan: When toggled on, allows members to share a pack. (See: ๐ชช 3.4 Making Use of Your Membership๏ปฟ)
- Capacity: Sets a maximum number of active enrollments at any given time.
- First-time customers only: Only allows one purchase of this pack per new member. When toggled on, only net-new members will be able to see this plan.

Member Experience
- Members purchase the class pack as a one-time payment
- Credits are automatically deducted when booking eligible classes
- Members can track:
- Remaining credits
- Expiration timing
