this feature allows you to create packs with limited uses pals can acquire these packs and redeem their uses on any event of their choice how to create a class pack select the memberships & classpacks tab click on create , then select class pack set the maximum number of experiences members should be able to use this pack with within the pricing & billing section, select recurring or one time payment as your billing cycle set your expiry date , how long the class pack is valid after purchase (1, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or no expiry) note you will still set the membership policy per experience or opt to apply to existing events if you'd like an important note about limits is that they reset at the end of the period set for example, if the booking limit is set to 1 event per day, the member's credits will reset to 1 on a daily basis if set to 1 event per week, it will reset to 1 on a weekly basis here's another example if you want to offer a 5 class pack for the coming year, you might follow this setup billing cycle = one time payment start date = purchase date end date = 1 year from now booking limit = 5 sessions per 1 year when setting up packs, it's important to configure the booking limit so that it extends beyond the membership's start/end date what’s new when using class pack , you can configure one time payment class packs are purchased once and do not renew automatically usage based expiration packs expire when all credits are used ( e g , 5 classes, expires when used) time based expiration packs expire after a defined period from purchase ( e g , 10 classes, expires in 6 months) combined expiration rules packs expire based on whichever comes first (e g , 10 classes or 6 months) class pack–specific options the following options are available when creating a class pack ability to define fixed credit amounts (number of classes) expiration logic based on usage, time, or both optional chat room for class pack holders member experience members purchase the class pack as a one time payment credits are automatically deducted when booking eligible classes members can track remaining credits expiration timing this feature is currently in beta and may be updated over time any existing class packs will remain active and continue working based on their current setup
