Co-Hosting Classes
For larger studios or multi-room operations, Sweatpals supports multiple instructors in two ways: by adding them as admins or by co-hosting events with their community profiles.
Hosts can grant full event management permissions under Settings โ Admins, which allows instructors to see and manage all upcoming events and classes in the account. Alternatively, hosts can add instructors as co-hosts to specific events or classes, which allows those instructors to see and manage only the events or classes they are co-hosting.
Membership Integration
Classes can be linked directly to membership plans or packages.

To link:
- Edit your event, then select Pricing & Capacity.
- Under your ticket tier, select the drop-down menu for Memberships.
- Configure Membership access to your classes according to your preferences.
