Booking Overview
Sweatpals retreats use the same secure checkout as events, with additional support for deposits and multi‑payment plans.
💡 Attendees can secure a spot with a deposit and pay the balance later automatically
through Stripe.
Pricing Models

Step‑by‑Step: Adding Pricing Options
- Select your retreat in the Dashboard.
- Select Pricing & Capacity
- Name your tier (e.g. “Shared Room,” “Private Suite”).
- Enter price, quantity, and deposit amount.
- Save.
⚙️ Each pricing option can have unique capacity limits and descriptions.

Refund & Cancellation Rules
- Deposits are non‑refundable unless the retreat is canceled by the host.
- Full refunds processed via Stripe if canceled > 30 days before start.
- Partial refunds (up to 50 %) for requests within 14 days.
- No refunds within 7 days unless medical exception.
